Job summary

Visit Milwaukee is seeking an Event Experience Coordinator to support our event programs and services. The role will administer the department's CRM, ensure accurate data, and generate weekly and monthly reports for leadership and clients.

You will coordinate housing, surveys, collateral distribution, and giveaways while working with hotel partners, clients, and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or related training preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Event Experience leadership.
• Serve as the primary CRM administrator and manage data entry for reporting.
• Generate CRM and other reports on a regular basis.
• Maintain departmental records, files, and communications.
• Coordinate housing, surveys, collateral, and giveaways for events.
• Staff reception and assist with client events as needed.
