Job summary

Life Surge/SurgeU seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to connect with event attendees, build excitement, and ensure a positive experience before, during, and after Life Surge events.

The role involves outbound outreach, answering inquiries, and providing encouragement and prayer while representing the mission and values. In-person work is expected, with flexible hours around event schedules.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Upgrade to higher education preferred.
• Experience in customer service or event support is a plus.
• Comfortable sitting at a desk for long periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and friendly demeanor.
• Self-motivated and driven by performance.
• Able to multitask with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends with events.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide support via phone, text, and email.
• Build relationships with attendees and convey event value.
• Answer questions and guide guests through event details.
• ManageHubspotCRM platform and document communications.
• Make outbound calls to ticket purchasers before events.
• Provide motivation, encouragement, and prayer as appropriate.
• Communicate updates on schedules, locations, parking, and check-in.
• Respond promptly to attendee emails and texts.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure timely information.
