Job summary

Paycom - ATS in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a Non-Exempt EMT to provide stand-by emergency medical care and transportation at special event venues. You will respond to emergency scenes and hospitals or nursing homes, deliver patient care and monitoring, and coordinate with dispatch, medical control and other agencies while staying compliant with local protocols and state law.

Qualifications

• California State EMT License required.
• CPR certification by the AHA or equivalent.
• Bariatric and Mass Casualty Training beneficial.
• Trauma Triage Training desired as ICEMA & MCI.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and provide on-site medical care and transportation.
• Ensure ambulance readiness; clean/disinfect vehicle and equipment; restock supplies.
• Complete and sign documentation for every response and transport.
• Maintain privacy and HIPAA compliance for patient information.
