Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in a similar position.
• Current Serve Safe Certification.
• RBS Certification.
• Knowledge of table setting, service positions, and event safety.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to anticipate client and guest needs and create memorable service experiences.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of all food and beverage areas on the property.
• Manage restaurant activities and monitor daily operations within the department.
• Ensure proper financial reporting through POS.
• Maintain staffing levels and generate weekly schedules within union guidelines.
• Supervise setup, service standards, and post-event cleanup.
