Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented event-based, part-time Culinary Storeroom Attendant to join our Culinary team. You will support efficient food and beverage operations by receiving, inspecting, storing, organizing, rotating, and distributing food products, beverages, supplies, and equipment throughout designated areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect and verify incoming products for accuracy, quantity, quality and temperature.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels to support event-day and daily operations.
• Store products in designated dry, refrigerated, frozen, chemical, and equipment storage areas according to standards.
• Monitor and document storage temperatures for refrigerators, freezers and other areas per food safety standards.
• Keep storeroom clean, organized, sanitary and secure.
• Safeguard inventory and restricted areas following security and loss-prevention procedures.
• Identify damaged, expired, spoiled, or unusable products and report concerns to management.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation duties and proper use of chemicals per SDS.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
