Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable and proactive Event Coordinators to support the successful execution of events. This hands-on role involves logistical support, client interaction, on-site coordination, and general administrative assistance to ensure seamless event operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, is flexible, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover staff breaks and provide on-site support during events.
• Assist the Event Director with client engagement
• Manage food pickups, deliveries, and other hospitality needs.
• Assist with hotel check-ins and related travel accommodations for tour team members.
• Run various errands as needed during events.
• Make general announcements and help run awards ceremonies as needed; comfort and confidence using a microphone and speaking to large groups is a necessity.
• Responsibilities may vary and be divided by brand.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the dance competition industry is required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work weekends (Thursday–Monday) and travel from January–June.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to shifting event needs.
