Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Conversion Technician to assist in preparing Allegiant Stadium for events, including installing/removing turf, seating, stages, and moving equipment. You will work under a supervisor, coordinating with maintenance to ensure all conversion tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

The role requires physical capability, reliability, and ability to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment, including overnight and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and written/oral communication qualities.
• Must be able to work overnight hours, weekends, overtime and holidays.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Lifts and moves furniture, retractable seating, staging equipment for events.
• Assists in installation and maintenance of synthetic turf during events.
• Maintains records of conversion activities and equipment needs.
• Operates machinery safely and follows procedures.
• Maintains equipment inventory and coordinate with maintenance.
