Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Conversion Crew Lead at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, KY to supervise part-time staff during event changeovers, including floor installs, seating, stages, and moving equipment.

You will coordinate with the Conversion Manager to train staff, enforce safety policies, and manage inventory and records related to conversion activities. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in arena conversions, strong leadership, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and experience with hand

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership qualities and knowledge of arena conversion processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervises part-time and contracted conversion staff to lead setup and breakdown of the facility.
• Coordinates with the Conversion Manager to train staff and enforce safety policies.
• Documents and maintains records of conversion activities and communicates issues to the manager.
• Manages inventory and storage of conversion equipment and coordinates with maintenance.
