Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical college training; two years in public assembly industry or related supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise operations, including facilities, production, technical, audiovisual, and custodial services and parking.
• Lead conversion/changeover activities; ensure smooth transitions between events.
• Communicate directives clearly to departments and follow up on tasks.
• Assist in interviewing, training, and evaluating staff; enforce policies and safety rules.
