Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Concessions Supervisor for on-site events at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. You will lead concession operations, manage staff across stands and kiosks, and ensure fast, safe service with high guest satisfaction.

Required are 2–4 years in concessions or event operations, a high school diploma or GED, and alcohol-service certifications such as TIPS/TEAM. This role offers growth, training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in concessions, food service, or event operations.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must meet age requirements to supervise alcohol sales per local regulations.
• Valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and walk-out/retail concepts.
• Assign staff to locations and adjust coverage based on volume.
• Conduct pre-event or pre-shift briefings on expectations and service standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
