Job summary

Levy Sector seeks a Concessions Supervisor for the University of Arkansas to oversee concessions operations, safeguarding People, Product, and Point-of-Sale for a fast-paced environment. You will manage inventory, safety, sanitation, and alcohol procedures while delivering excellent guest service.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams, handling POS transactions, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and safety standards in high-volume settings.

Qualifications

• Reliable source of transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, stand and bend for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portion or entire venue to ensure People, Product, and Point-of-Sale are operating correctly.
• Ensure inventory, safety, sanitation, and alcohol procedures are followed.
• Lead multiple groups for successful operations.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process card transactions accurately.
• Stock, rotate, and count inventory to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
• Maintain responsible service of alcohol in accordance with state and company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession and service areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• All other job duties assigned.
