Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Concessions Worker at Alliant Energy Center in Madison, WI for varying shifts, including weekends. This part-time role supports fast-paced event concessions, preparing, stocking, and serving food and beverages.

You may operate basic equipment, stock stands, and ensure cleanliness and teamwork during live events. Benefits include comprehensive options and site-specific perks; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Prior concessions, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations.
• Must maintain a TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification and comply with state training requirements.
• Food Handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and serve concession items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist with opening and closing concession locations, including setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
• Operate basic food service equipment such as warmers, grills, fryers, or beverage dispensers.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client needs.
