Qualifications

• Flexibility to work long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook menu items following SMCEC recipes and guidelines.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients and oversee basic prep.
• Check food quality by sight, taste, and temperature per safety standards.
• Monitor and adjust ovens, fryers, grills, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep concession stand stocked and merchandised.
• Maintain clean and organized prep areas per SMCEC standards.
• Pitch in wherever needed as directed by Supervisor or Manager
