Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Compliance and Operations Coordinator to support event-day execution at Grand Rapids venues. You'll oversee staff check-in/check-out, enforce alcohol compliance, and assist with post-event reconciliation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating check-in for staff and nonprofit groups, monitoring compliance, handling cash and balancing tills, and producing basic reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in event operations, food & beverage, hospitality, or compliance roles preferred.
• Basic technology proficiency and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate employee check-in at events, direct staff, verify assignments, and answer questions.
• Coordinate check-in for nonprofit groups and ensure accurate attendance tracking.
• Serve as Alcohol Compliance Officer during events and address compliance concerns.
• Oversee employee check-out and verify timekeeping; assist with cash handling and balancing tills.
• Complete basic reporting and data entry related to attendance, compliance, and financial reconciliation; communicate discrepancies to management.
