Job summary

United National Maintenance is seeking a flexible Service Worker for Los Angeles events. You will perform cleaning duties across venues, including floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas. There are no fixed schedules; work as events arise in the city vicinity.

You must be able to lift 30–50 pounds, stand for long periods, walk long distances, and use cleaning equipment safely. Authorization to work in the U.S. and the ability to perform repetitive motions are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (We E-Verify).
• Able to perform repetitive motion for extended periods.
• Able to walk long distances.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Capable of lifting 30–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean windows, glass and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Mix water and chemicals to prepare cleaning solutions.
• Steam-clean or shampoo and extract carpets.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Drive or operate powered equipment (ride-on scrubbers/vacuum).
• Follow proper use of chemical cleaners and equipment.
