Job summary

The Facilities Group National is seeking a Floor Tech for Moreno Valley, CA. You will clean offices and common areas, strip and wax floors, buff surfaces, operate floor machines, and manage cleaning supplies while wearing appropriate PPE.

This full-time PM shift requires a high school diploma or GED and prior janitorial or floor care experience. E-Verify compliance, background checks, and a safety‑conscious approach are expected; benefits include health, vision, life and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior janitorial or floor care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and PPE.
• Ability to pass a background check and work legally in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Move furniture before and after cleaning.
• Clean, dust, mop, strip, and wax floors; operate floor equipment.
• Use floor polishers, vacuums, and related tools.
• Inspect floors and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Measure and dispense cleaning chemicals correctly.
• Label chemicals and maintain equipment and PPE.
