Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in a food preparation position.
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (training provided).
  • Working knowledge of POS/Toast, Scheduling Software, Excel, Google Suite.
  • Ability to handle the requirements of long shifts and physical tasks.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Cook great food, lead a great team, have fun doing it.
  • Manage kitchen equipment and facilities.
  • Report to and collaborate with the Chef and General Manager.
  • Ensure food quality, plating and portion control.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
