• Effective communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food on-site for catered events, plated or buffet styles.
• Plate meals according to directions from Executive Chef and Lead Event Chef.
• Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times.
• Arrive on-time, in uniform with a positive attitude.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown with the service team.
• Work in various weather conditions, indoors or outdoors.
