Puff 'n Stuff Catering and Events is seeking an on-site Event Chef to lead food preparation for catered events. You will plate meals and support both plated and buffet service under direction from the Executive Chef and Lead Event Chef.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, fluent English, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, weather-ready environment with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience with batch cooking and plating techniques.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Proven food safety practices and any required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food on-site for catered events, both plated and buffet.
• Plate meals according to instructions from lead chefs.
• Practice safe food handling procedures at all times.
• Show up on-time, in uniform with a positive attitude.
• Participate in event set up and break down with the service team.
• Be prepared to work indoors and outdoors.
