Big Grove Brewery is seeking an Event Chef to prepare and execute food for private events ranging from 20 to 250+ guests. You will work closely with our Events Manager and event staff to understand and execute Banquet Event Orders promptly and efficiently.

In this role you will develop menus for individualized events, coordinate with BOH staff, and ensure a safe, sanitary kitchen environment. This part-time position requires flexibility for evenings and weekends in a hospitality/brewery setting.

• Ability to read and execute on BEOs.
• Maintain safe and sanitary kitchen and service areas.
• Attend weekly events meetings to plan.
• Plan specialized private events with Events Manager.
• Develop menus for individualized events.
• Must be able to understand and use Sysco Studio.
