Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Housekeeping Crew Member for the Greensboro venue. The role involves custodial tasks before, during, and after events, including trash removal and facility cleanup.

Candidates should be able to work odd hours, split shifts, or holidays in preparation for events. The position is hourly, with a pay rate of $19.00–$21.00 per hour, and full-time benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of related work experience cleaning multiple facilities.
• Working knowledge of cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to perform routine custodial tasks without immediate supervision.
• Ability to walk the entire shift, lift heavy objects, and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare cleaning products; clean facility interior and exterior; vacuum, sweep, mop, clean, and wax floors.
• Ensure a safe environment for patrons; remove liquids and debris during events.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; replenish supplies; wash windows and surfaces.
• Remove debris from parking lots and walkways; empty waste receptacles.
• Perform additional staff functions for events.
• Follow OSHA and in-house safety guidelines.
