Job summary

Duplin County Government is seeking part-time Event Staff to support activities at the Duplin County Event Center. Responsibilities include event setup, guest assistance, and maintaining facility cleanliness during events.

Flexible schedules are required to cover nights and weekends as needed, with no guaranteed hours. The role involves assisting with concessions, ticketing, seating and parking services, and reporting incidents to the Facility Manager.

Responsibilities

• Event set-up and break down (tables, chairs, etc.).
• Welcoming and assisting guests; maintaining cleanliness of facilities.
• Move tables and chairs as required.
• General upkeep including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Maintain janitorial supplies and coordinate inventory for large events.
• Report incidents to the Manager promptly.
• Assist with Food & Beverage, Ticket Booth, seating and Parking Services as needed.
