Job Summary

Summary: Assembles, delivers, sets up, and serves food and beverages at on- and off-premise events.

Essential Duties:

• Assemble and deliver food and supplies to locations.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Set buffet tables and serve food and drinks.
• Clean and pack dishes and utensils.
• Ensure attractive display of foods.
• Handle food items properly during preparation.
• Serve food neatly and attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness during service.
• Assist with event prep and cleanup.
• Serve plated dinners and respond to guest requests.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine opening and drink orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Meet health requirements for food handlers.
