Job Summary

Summary: Assembles, delivers, sets up, and serves food and beverages at events.

Essential Duties:

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Sets buffet tables and serves food and beverages.
• Cleans and packs dishes and utensils.
• Returns unserved items and equipment.
• Ensures attractive display of foods.
• Handles food items properly during preparation.
• Serves food neatly and attractively.
• Keeps workstations clean.
• Prepares food and tables before events.
• Serves plated dinners and responds to guest requests.
• Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, opens wine, takes orders.
• Cleans venue after events and assists with inventory.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must meet health requirements for food handlers.
