Job Summary

Summary: Assembles, delivers, sets up, and serves food and beverages at events.

Essential Duties:

• Assemble and deliver food and supplies to event locations.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Set buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clean and pack dishes and utensils.
• Return unserved foods and equipment to the Commissary.
• Ensure display foods are attractive and standards are met.
• Handle food items properly during preparation.
• Serve food neatly and attractively.
• Keep display equipment clean during service.
• Clean workstation before leaving.
• Assist with food and table prep before events.
• Serve plated dinners and respond to guest requests.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, open wine, take drink orders.
• Clean venue after events and assist with inventory and food storage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Meet health requirements for food handlers.
