Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker to assist the events team with setting up, transporting, serving, and breaking down at on-site catering events. The role emphasizes delivering excellent guest service and adhering to safety policies.

Responsibilities include moving equipment, replenishing food and beverages, and maintaining clean service areas during events while following the client’s banquet event orders.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the assigned dress code.
• Available to work event-based hours.
• Complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service per client requests and banquet orders
• Transport and deliver catering food/bev with supplies and equipment
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and equipment per BEO
• Replenish food and beverages during events
• Maintain cleanliness of food service areas during events
• Pickup/clean up after service
• Break down and store equipment after events
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Follow safety policies and procedures
