Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations in delivering catering orders and managing events. You will help with set up, transport of equipment and food, and guest service during events. You’ll also handle breakdown and cleanup, ensuring safe and orderly service at each location.

This role may require standing, lifting, and moving equipment, with some event-based hours. Prior catering or customer service experience is preferred, and you must follow all dress code

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Follow required dress code.
• Available to work event-based hours.
• Must complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet orders.
• Transport and deliver catering food, beverages, supplies and equipment.
• Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as ordered.
• Replenish food and beverages during events.
• Keep food service areas clean and presentable during events.
• Collect and clean up after service, returning equipment to storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
