Job summary

Aramark in Decatur, IL is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations, assist with setup, transport equipment and food, serve guests, and help with breakdown after events. You will work with the team to ensure smooth service and safety compliance.

Key duties include setting up banquet areas, delivering catering items, replenishing food and beverages, and maintaining clean service spaces while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code as assigned.
• Must be available to work event-based hours.
• Must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service per client requests and banquet orders.
• Transport and deliver food, beverages, and supplies.
• Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines and equipment per orders.
• Replenish food and beverage during events.
• Maintain clean appearance of service areas during events.
• Pick up and clean up deliveries after service.
• Break down and store equipment after events.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
