Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker for Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY. You will support event operations, assist with catering setups, service guests, and ensure timely breakdowns and cleanup after events.

Ideal candidates have customer service or catering experience, can work independently, follow dress code standards, and are available for event-based hours. Training in food handling and alcohol service may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow a dress code and appearance standards.
• Available to work event-based hours, including nights and weekends.
• Able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event order
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with supplies
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested in banquet event order
• Replenish Food and Beverage products during events
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
• Pickup and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service
• Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to storage
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Follow safety policies and procedures
