Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a Catering Captain to join our higher education team at the College of Saint Mary. You will oversee catering events from setup through breakdown, coordinating staff and ensuring top-notch service.

Three years in catering or hospitality preferred, with strong leadership and customer service skills. Onsite role with potential recruitment and training responsibilities to support event success.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in catering, foodservice, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Managing event staff.
• Ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines.
• Assisting in the recruitment and training of new associates.
• Any other tasks as necessary.
