Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a Catering Captain to join our higher education team at Western Oklahoma State College. This role involves overseeing and managing catering events to ensure success from start to finish, with a focus on leadership and exceptional service.

The position requires at least three years of catering or hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of event execution. Compensation is $15.50 per hour, onsite at the college.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in catering, foodservice, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Managing event staff.
• Ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines.
• Assisting in the recruitment and training of new associates.
• Any other tasks as necessary.
