Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Director of Catering and Catering Sales team.
• Assist with catering and event inquiries and route leads promptly.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs, menus, and event-related documents.
• Update group resumes and ensure departments have current information.
• Coordinate event details with multiple hotel departments and vendors.
• Support post-event billing and documentation.
