Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior catering experience is required.
• Prior supervisory catering experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required; may need food handler's permit or alcohol servers permit as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure functions are delivered, served and cleared on time.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under the Catering Director.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions.
• Meets with function group leaders to discuss setup arrangements and resolve last-minute changes.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a service-oriented manner.
