Qualifications

• Familiarity with food safety and service standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure timely service.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to events.
• Interact with clients, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure proper food presentation, temperatures, and HACCP compliance.
• Assist with setup, teardown, and replenishment as needed.
