Job summary

Legends Global in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks a Catering Attendant to support catering events at Pinnacle Bank Arena. You will assist with banquet operations, buffet presentation, and guest service, ensuring a high level of hospitality at all times.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, adhering to BEOs, keeping signage visible, and following the company's dress code. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year service experience in a restaurant, catering facility or club environment preferred.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Valid food handlers and alcohol server permits required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining, organizing and cleaning all banquet equipment.
• Adhere to BEOs and Catering Department Service Standards.
• Ensure signage is displayed for each event.
• Follow SMG dress code (black pants and non-slip shoes).
• Other duties as assigned.
