Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Catering Attendant in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will assist in catering operations to ensure event success and guest satisfaction, including banquet equipment handling, signage, and adherence to department standards.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months to 1 year of service experience in food service, be at least 19, and hold valid food handler and alcohol server permits.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of service experience in a restaurant, catering facility or club environment preferred.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Maintain valid food handlers and alcoholic beverage server permits as required by the Department of Health.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining, organizing and cleaning all banquet equipment.
• Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service.
• Ensures all signage is properly displayed for each event.
• Fulfill the service per each BEO, as well as Catering Department Service Standards.
• Must adhere to the SMG dress code which includes wearing black pants and non-slip soled closed toe shoes.
• Other duties as assigned.
