Job summary

Legends Global in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks a Catering Attendant to support catering events at Pinnacle Bank Arena. You will assist with banquet operations, buffet presentation, and guest service, ensuring a high level of hospitality at all times.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, adhering to BEOs, keeping signage visible, and following the company's dress code. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year service experience in a restaurant, catering facility or club environment preferred.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Valid food handlers and alcohol server permits required.

Responsibilities

POSITION: Catering Attendant DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage REPORTS TO: Catering & Premium Services Manager FLSA STATUS: PT Hourly, Non-Exempt

Summary Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the General Manager for Legends Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena. The Catering Attendant oversees all catering functions to ensure that the assigned events and activities are organized and executed resulting in the complete satisfaction of the guests attending the event.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining, organizing and cleaning all banquet equipment.
• Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service.
• Ensures all signage is properly displayed for each event.
• Fulfill the service per each Banquet Event Orders (BEO), as well as Catering Department Service Standards.
• Must adhere to the SMG dress code which includes wearing black pants and non-slip soled closed toe shoes.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Maintain valid food handlers and alcoholic beverage server permits required by Department of Health.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift.
• Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on season.
