Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations at our Cambridge location. You will help set up catering and event services, transport food and equipment, and service guests during events.

You will also help with break down and cleanup after events, maintain clean service areas, and ensure safety policies are followed. Previous catering or customer service experience is preferred, and training for Food Handling and Alcohol Service may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code and be available for event hours.
• Must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training if required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests.
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all supplies and equipment.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested.
• Replenish Food and Beverage products during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Pickup and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service.
• Break down and clean area after events and return equipment to storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
