Redmax Events LLC is seeking a hands-on carpentry helper to support skilled carpenters building unique displays for major events. You’ll move ideas to finished builds by sanding, framing, prepping, assembling, and painting under supervision, with room to advance toward more skilled work.

You’ll read shop drawings, use common tools safely, lift up to 50 lbs, and adapt to the fast, event-driven schedule. The team emphasizes energy, growth, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on carpentry experience and readiness to learn higher-skill work.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and production notes.
• Familiarity with common hand and power tools and safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters by handling sanding, framing, prep, assembly, and basic painting.
• Keep pace with production so higher-skill work stays on track.
• Read shop drawings to ensure builds match plans before cutting or assembling.
• Maintain clean, organized materials and work areas.
• Help with loading, unloading, and installs for events as needed.
• Progress toward higher-skill pieces as capability grows.
