Job summary

RDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Event Specialist to own end-to-end logistics for North American trade shows and events in Knoxville, TN. This role focuses on calendar management, booth logistics, lead capture, and post-event ROI reporting, with oversight of monthly webinars and content calendars.

You will collaborate with marketing to craft event messaging, coordinate vendor partnerships, and ensure timely delivery of event materials. No travel is required beyond local events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of trade show/event planning and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience translating technical concepts for target personas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the events calendar: trade shows, speaking engagements, sponsorships, webinars, and partner events.
• Own the monthly webinar program: calendar, platform setup, registration, promotion, dry runs, and follow-up.
• Coordinate trade show logistics: booth space, housing, and travel for attending team members.
• Develop event messaging and creative concepts in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Schedule and secure booth space, signage, materials, and swag for events.
• Coordinate badge registrations and ensure timely delivery of materials to attendees.
• Liaise with vendors (booth builders, designers, utilities, logistics) for smooth execution.
• Lead post-event ROI reporting and lead sharing with Salesforce campaigns.
