Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a dependable, energetic, and guest-focused event-based part-time Server Assistant to join our Premium Clubs team. This role supports dining room operations, assists servers, and maintains a clean, welcoming environment that delivers a premium dining experience during events.

As an event-based position, you will work evenings, weekends, and special events in Dallas, with opportunities for growth within a leading hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in hospitality, food & beverage, hotels, clubs, or premium dining environments preferred.
• Stadium/arena or fine dining experience is a plus.
• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within timeframe).
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• English language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining rooms, tables, and bussing stations before guest arrival.
• Assist servers by bussing and resetting tables, refilling water, restocking supplies during events.
• Maintain clean dining areas, pantries, and workstations per safety standards.
• Support opening/closing duties including event setup and breakdown.
• Provide exceptional guest service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Know venue amenities to assist guests with questions and directions.
• Support other Premium Club locations as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety policies.
