Job summary

Levy Restaurants at American Airlines Center in Dallas is seeking a dependable, energetic, guest-focused event-based part-time Server Assistant to join our Premium Clubs team. This role supports dining room operations, assists servers during events, and maintains a welcoming environment that delivers a premier premium dining experience.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of hospitality or premium dining experience, and is capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of hospitality, food and beverage, or premium dining experience.
Previous stadium or arena experience is a plus.
Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

Set up dining rooms, tables, and bussing stations prior to guest arrival.
Assist servers by bussing and resetting tables, refilling water glasses, and restocking service supplies during events.
Maintain clean dining areas, pantries, and workstations while following food safety standards.
Support opening and closing responsibilities, including event setup and breakdown.
Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest needs professionally and courteously.
Know venue amenities to assist guests with questions and directions.
Support other Premium Club locations as needed.
Follow all company food safety and workplace safety policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
