Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. at Black Point Inn in Scarborough, ME seeks an energetic bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensure high standards of service, and help guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.

You will work with restaurant staff, manage payments, maintain bar cleanliness, and support events. Prior beverage service is preferred; Maine liquor laws must be followed.

Qualifications

• Past beverage service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Maine beverage service regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service while mixing and serving beverages.
• Process payments accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain clean and organized bar area and stock supplies.
• Collaborate with restaurant management and kitchen staff.
• Prepare and present customer bills and handle special orders.
• Assist with banquet events and set up/cleanup.
