Qualifications

• Be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol.
• Professional attitude and experience as a bartender.
• Ability to engage guests in conversation and anticipate needs.
• Current TIPS training certified and State of Maine certification with ID.
• Basic knowledge of Maine State Liquor Laws.
• Ability to handle intoxicated guests and know when to stop serving.
• Flexible scheduling; shifts vary with occupancy and groups in house.
• Neatly groomed appearance.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Familiarity with surrounding areas of the hotel.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and lounge area.
