The Maine Course Hospitality Group is hiring a Bartender to serve drinks and food while delivering exceptional guest service in a clean, welcoming bar and dining area. This role is essential to ensuring guests end their day happy and satisfied.

You’ll greet guests, mix and serve beverages, follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines, and collaborate with hotel departments to enhance guest experience. Flexible mornings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, service-oriented, and dependable.
• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or guest services preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service.
• Serve both drinks and food.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Empty trash and maintain kitchen and guest areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints.
• Represent MCHG positively in the community.
