Union Bluff Hotel is hiring a Banquet Bartender to join our York Beach team in Maine. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences at our onsite events, with responsibilities including setting up rooms, taking orders, and guiding guests through menus.

The position emphasizes fast-paced service, teamwork, and staying organized during busy events, with an emphasis on guest-centric hospitality and a cheerful, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant bartending/banquet experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand for 4-8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet/meeting rooms as per event requirements.
• Take food and drink orders and make menu recommendations.
• Greet guests and provide attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Clear and sanitize tables; manage side-work and room resets.
• Assist guests with special requests and allergy information.
• Maintain organized, clean stations and equipment; perform other duties as assigned.
