Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Bartender for the Peoria Civic Center in the arena, theater, and convention spaces. The role focuses on high‑quality beverage service, guest interaction, and event support with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain BASSET license and food service certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Serve alcoholic beverages per company standards.
• Maintain clean, stocked bar and assist with equipment handling.
• Prepare garnishes and specialty drinks for events.
• Assist with event room setup and table settings as instructed.
• Attend pre-function briefings and communicate guest needs to staff.
