Job summary

SSA Group, LLC. is seeking a Catering Bartender to support event-based hospitality experiences across multiple locations. You will manage bar setup, maintain quality and inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.

The role requires knowledge of bar operations, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Join a diverse team that values safety, teamwork and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Experience delivering guest-focused service in fast-paced events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of product.
• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently as well as resolve complaints effectively.
• Meet expectations of proper setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of their bar during each event.
• Execute duties for overall productivity of banquet events as assigned.
• Ability to express knowledge of alcoholic drinks and bartending techniques with guest service in mind.
• Maintain a safe environment by serving guests responsibly.
• Perform strenuous manual labor as required (equipment storage, event setup, tear down of tables and chairs).
• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards the client, guests, and staff.
• Communicate clearly and openly with leaders for overall success.
• Display a sense of urgency at all times.
• Uphold a professional appearance and mannerism.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.
