The Catering Bartender role supports supervisors and operations managers by providing warm, memorable guest service, maintaining bar quality and safety, and handling setup, service, and teardown across events. Applicants should have bartending/event experience and flexibility for varied hours.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solving and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experiences at events.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of bar supplies.
• Fulfill guests' needs promptly and resolve complaints effectively.
• Ensure proper setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of the bar during events.
• Maintain safety by serving guests responsibly.
