• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for every guest.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of product.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly and resolve complaints effectively.
• Meet expectations of setup, execution, breakdown and cleanup of bar areas.
• Express knowledge of alcoholic drinks and bartending techniques with guest service in mind.
• Maintain a safe environment by serving guests responsibly.
• Communicate clearly with leaders for overall success.
• Uphold professional appearance and a proactive attitude.
